3. Payments and Pricing

The total fee for the selected service will be agreed upon before the commencement of the project. Payments are to be made via the agreed method and within the timeframe outlined in the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges as per the agreement.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the completed work will be transferred to the client. Hichem Bellal retains the right to showcase portions of the work in their portfolio, unless otherwise specified in writing by the client.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all project-related information. We are committed to safeguarding any personal or sensitive data provided during the project.

6. Revisions and Amendments

Any revisions to the project scope after the initial agreement must be communicated in writing. Additional fees may apply if the changes exceed the initial agreement.

7. Project Timelines

Project timelines will be mutually agreed upon at the start of each project. Delays caused by the client may result in adjustments to the delivery schedule.

8. Service Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing 7 days written notice. The client will be responsible for payment for any work completed up until the termination date.

9. Liability and Warranties

Hichem Bellal guarantees to provide services to a high professional standard. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in case of any issues.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Algeria. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Algiers, Algeria.
